The Sumatran Elephant is critically endangered, with their numbers drastically decreasing in the last few decades due to habitat loss and poaching. In this illustration you will see a constellation of an Elephant in the night sky which represents all those who have been lost before and the hope for a brighter future. According to the IUCN Red List there are currently over 35,000 species threatened with extinction. This illustration was painted to help raise awareness of their plight and 10% of proceeds will be donated to charities who help to protect the planet and it's biodiversity.
